Absalon’s Absolute Insanity

Swim1You might have heard of it, but a fight of some sort broke out at last Friday’s Abasalon Bazaar!  Unfortunately, I was unable to catch the start of the whole scene, but from what I hear, it all started with a particular infirmary employee acting a bit odd.  I’ve heard all sorts of allegations on the matter, but I only wish to report fact, so fact I shall report.  Starting from the top, I arrived at the scene just as Thrace—a name known among the Sanctum—was shoved into the water. Beware the Sanctum Code

BloodyTribuneFew things travel as fast as gossip, but it seems the Sanctum is faster. Just days after the article unveiling the Sanctum’s respected and enigmatic Crime Lord, loyalists took action against its writer. The Tribune became a disturbing crime scene without any intervention by or alerting of its protectors. A book at Editor in Chief Gwenaderin Lilidae’s desk left a clue to the horrific truth of the obvious violence that happened with the office of the realm’s news source. Painted in blood was an ominous letter “S” with a dagger marked through it.  Continue reading

Mines, Mines. Mine!

This weekend, ten diamonds where found in the orc mines. Light and dark joined in this adventure of epic proportions. A pixie and two princes, three women and a few brave men, even an orc all took part. It was said in hush tones that Clover, pixie leader of the trek, wants to make a diamond carriage with the found loot. Did Clover turn greedy all of the sudden?

The brave miners first encountered a monster in the depths of the mine. The beast breathed fire but one man stood up to him. Dark and brooding Dareth slayed the beast, aided by a dark haired beauty, one young Lady Helena, who is well skilled in the arts of hunting beasts.
The little triton prince was very brave and protected Lady Rea from harm while Xolg, the orc with his preternatural strength, lifted the slain beast outside using just one arm. One thing is clear: this adventure wouldn’t have been the same without Vera’s and Thrace’s strength and wit.
The miners set to work after the beast was killed, and you wouldn’t believe what they found. The mines poured diamonds and rubies! Plenty of amethysts would almost fall from the open wounds of the earth. More emeralds than your heart could desire practically fell at their feet with each swing of their pickaxes. No one left without gems. Prince Jens was the first to hit the jackpot as fate blessed him with luck. The others soon followed and, as of right now, they all can celebrate their riches as they all increased their worth tenfold.
