Have you seen the new shop? I do not know how you could miss it. The quaint little building sits erected at the corner of the town square where the garden once grew, directly across the way from the Guard house and the Black Smith. A warm inviting building with a welcome staff. And a menu full of delight. The shop has came a long way from when it was nearly just a cart, serving only pies. Its menu has extended to account for the growth in space. There is surely something there for you to enjoy, or better yet, take a date with you!

Maple Stirrup’s Pie Shack in Stromness is under exceptional new ownership and now offering catering services. The goodies sold are absolutely delicious delights, to say the least, and are being offered for race meetings, weddings, and other special events. Only the best of products are sold, with leftovers and mess-ups sent to the Wolf and Raven Tavern for discounted sale. According to new owner, Akleema, “We care greatly for our products. We try to make the best baked goods possible, and we’re trying to make a name for ourselves across the realm.”
